Overview
Award-winning Springfield Properties Plc are looking to recruit Labourers to join our growing Civils team, working on developments across the North of Scotland. Experience and a valid CSCS card is preferred however we encourage new recruits to the construction industry and will provide necessary training. Successful applicants will play an integral role in delivering private and partnership housing. Duties include all aspects of civils roadworks and site groundworks including drainage, kerbing, preparation for road construction, utility installations, trench excavations, surfacing and slabbing including handling all materials. Owing to the nature of the work, it is essential that applicants have a good level of physical fitness. It is also important that you have basic numeracy and literacy skills, as measurements will often need to be taken. A basic understanding of technical plans and drawings would be advantageous.
