Fast growing business seek hands on Finance Manager Your new company A fast growing, nimble SME are partnering with Hays on an exclusive basis to appoint a talented Finance Manager into a broad role. With an excellent culture and ambitious plans for growth this role represents a fantastic opportunity for a progressive accountant eager to make their mark in a fast paced environment. Your new role You will lead a small team ensuring the day to day financials for the UK business are managed in a timely efficient manner. You will prepare monthly management accounts, assist with the preparation of annual budgets, support the Controller with the annual statutory requirements in addition to providing insights based on your analysis of key business drivers. As the company continues to grow you will What you'll need to succeed You will be a qualified accountant (or at finalist stage) with strong technical accounting skills and analytical flair. You will bring prior experience in a similar role in industry or seek your first move from a chartered practice environment. You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills and a hands on approach which befits an organisation where everyone pulls in the same direction.
