Siemens Healthineers are recruiting for an Assistant Finance Manager to join our Accounting Governance Team within our UK Headquarters, to ensure that books and records are kept in line with best-practice financial reporting, meeting both internal and external requirements for the assigned entities. Your mission and responsibilities: Review of accounting transactions and ensures books and records in accordance with Siemens Financial Reporting Guidelines Perform Balance sheet reconciliations within stipulated timeframe Coordination with all key stakeholders for audit and provide all necessary supports to external auditors Preparation of statutory financial statements for two small to medium size entities Working experience in multi national companies / assignment abroad with diversified range of products and services. Required Skills and experience: Preferably educated to degree level or equivalent Part-qualification in a formal, recognised, finance accreditation – e.g. ACCA. Strong finance background Good analytical skills with the ability to take data and turn into meaningful information for reporting purposes SAP knowledge (especially FICO module) is advantageous. Experience in project execution of finance transformation projects Change management with strong understanding and ability to work in multi-cultural environments Mature, persistent, firm, team player and trustworthy Ability to forge strong working relations with all financial staff.
