Overview
We are looking to speak to Equity Release Advisors in Inner Central / West London who are interested in joining our successful team of Whole of Market field-based advisors. Increased enquiry numbers and a dramatic upturn in referrals from IFAs, wealth managers and mortgage advisers have boosted demand for equity release. We're also expecting strong sustainable growth from our corporate partners, including Openwork, Aviva and Legal & General. Therefore, we need to meet increasing demand for our specialist blend of quality face-to-face advice and customer support. Last year produced the greatest number of appointments we have ever attended, and we need to meet increasing demand for our specialist blend of quality face-to-face advice and customer support. Main responsibilities for this role; Generate own lead funnel to fulfil full role requirements. Harnessing Key Introducer relationships and generating own leads from own networks. Role will require attending appointments referred in by corporate partners. Provide advice to clients on the full range of whole of market ER products, referring back to Key where whole of market advice isn't necessary (re-broke etc). Provide advice that is regulatory compliant and to ensure that the products promoted align to the client's needs. For this reason, it's imperative that training and competence remains up to date. Updating the business on sourcing activity and self -generation prospects. Networking and referring new networks to Key for set up of relationship. Co-ordinate post advice activity with company servicing staff, providing complete and accurate information to time. Update company systems accurately and on time. Be available for appointments and to be flexible to meet customer demand. Promote the use of Estate Planning. To carry out any reasonable instruction commensurate with the role. Commitment to attend a 4-week induction at head office based in Preston, Lancashire. Essential Skills CeMap and CeRER qualified. Have strong business acumen and ability to build business to business relationships. Have good planning skills and time management. Focus on providing quality advice and meeting targets. Have attention to detail and proven flexibility. Strong PC skills and good, clear verbal and written communication skills. All candidates will need a full driver's licence.
