Overview
Trainee Solicitor REF: RM356 Location: East Ham, London Job Type: Permanent, Full Time Job Section: Private Practice Experience: Minimum 1 years’ experience within Family Law Our client is a well-established, multi service law firm based in East Ham who are now seeking a Trainee Solicitor to join their training programme starting April/May 2020. The firm’s main areas of law include; Children/Family Law, Immigration and Property. The ideal candidate for this role will have at least 1 to 2 years of experience as a paralegal in Family law (public-legal aid). The role will involve dealing with a range of public and private family/children cases including child protection issues, special guardianship, divorce, dissolution of civil partnership and financial proceedings as well as undertaking your own advocacy. Upon qualification the trainee will be given opportunities for career development and an excellent working environment. Retention of trainees on qualification is high but this will depend on business needs.
