Overview
A large call centre require Agents to work as part of a busy seasonal contract based in the centre of Preston Your new company You will join a national organisation who provide call centre solutions on a national basis across the UK. This is a large organisation who also operate on an international basis, managing multi-million pound contracts and employing thousands of staff, forming one of the most influential employers not only locally, but globally. Your new role You will work on a specialist contract in a temporary role which is expected to last around 3 months. Your role will involve shift work, though it is expected you will mainly work day shifts across the contract, with your role involving high volume inbound call handling, customer service, signposting, providing advice, problem solving, query resolution, information gathering, updating the database with correct information. What you'll need to succeed You will be calm under pressure and demonstrate excellent communication skills at all times. You will be resilient, articulate and thrive off delivering the best possible customer service at all times. You will be flexible, as you will be required to possibly complete shifts during unsociable hours at busy times. You will be articulate and friendly, ensuring you place the customer at the forefront of what you do at all times. You will work approximately 37.5 hours per week, subject to business requirements.
