Overview
THE OPPORTUNITY: Macildowie are currently recruiting for an Administration position working for a business in Enderby. The role is a 9 month contract and the working hours are 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday with 1 hour lunch. Salary is £20000 per annum THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide excellent customer service, answering phones and emails Produce and followup all customer quotations in a timely manner and capture information on lost orders Produce orders accurately to ensure that credit notes are kept to a minimum and customer service is positive Record daily calls, email and sales activity Ensure all customer and supplier queries are actioned and resolved in a timely manner EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE: Customer service experience Experience of handling customer complaints Ability to work on own initiative Ability to work under pressure Macildowie is a specialist recruitment consultancy with a rich history of enhancing the careers of professionals across the Midlands and the Northern Home Counties.
