An exciting job opportunity has arose working for a leading outsourcing business based in Manchester. The business has been running for over 20 years and they're now in a position to implement a Head of Commercial operations to help streamline the commercial operations department. Head of Commercial Operations £60'000 - £70'000 per annum Monday to Friday working hours Two stage interview process Manchester Duties Involve: Playing a pivotal part in shaping and delivering the overall plan to enable people, customer and commercial benefits. Ensuring the front line broadband and mobile operations are supported to deliver day to day operations successfully. Developing the product roadmap for commercial products, back-office provisioning and service delivery for Telecoms operations. Developing Key supplier relationships. Accountable for contract and supplier management to ensure delivery against operational SLAs. To apply: Previous experience in leading back-office telecoms operations teams, with in-depth knowledge of the industry, products and processes. Experienced leader with track record in building and regenerating teams, in shaping and delivering significant operational change, including scaling operations functions, and in understanding how much change an operation is capable of handling. Demonstrable ability to operate strategically, setting clear direction.
