Rapidly growing global firm, with their European head office based in the City, require a Graduate European Recruiting Manager to manage an established team of 5, to identify, attract and hire world-class graduate and early careers talent from continental Europe. You can expect to implement innovative and creative strategies to recruit impressive students from high calibre UK and European universities. Graduate Recruitment Manager Responsibilities: Recruitment Strategic initiatives Partner with leadership team to refine the employee value proposition and position in the marketplace. Talent attraction: remain up-to-date on hiring trends and implement creative strategies Digital: Focus on digital campaigns/talent attraction initiatives to identify and engage candidates from all geographies. Pipeline management: monitor candidate progression, success profiles and time to hire Evaluation: Assess interview processes and train new interviewers on evaluating talent. Stakeholder management Act as a trusted partner to hiring managers to identify hiring needs and key candidate profiles. Understand and refine hiring needs. Feedback and review performance data on historical hires to drive strategic improvements in the talent attraction and hiring processes. Recruitment Team management Fully manage a team of 5 Recruiters and Coordinators with expectations to grow this team Candidate management Conduct interviews to generate a strong understanding of the talent market and candidate profiles. Own/delegate candidate management and administrative processes in partnership with your team. Graduate Recruitment Manager Skills & Attributes: Proven academic excellence (evidenced by Bachelor’s or higher degree) 4 years in corporate or campus recruitment with European exposure or familiar with evaluating candidates from different cultures/languages. Professional services experience preferred, however, agency or executive search considered Previous experience managing or delegating to junior recruiters or coordinators You will be working within a fast-paced, high-performance environment that will allow you to genuinely develop the role and the department.
