Overview
A brilliant opportunity has come up for a Finance Analyst with a fast-paced organisation Coventry area. Working within a thriving finance team with tremendous growth you will be responsible for providing financial support to one or more business functions through proactive engagement. This role is ideally suited to a part qualified Accountant. Key responsibilities include: To produce daily, weekly and monthly financial reports to review the Weekly Trade performance for senior management Supporting Business Partners within depth Support Commercial - Retail business decisions through analysis of current and past trends in the KPIs including all areas of revenue, cost of sales, SG&A, EBITDA Monitor performance indicators, underlining trends and analysing causes of unexpected variances Improve performance by evaluating key events ensuring that the business maximises the ROI Supporting the compiling of Budgets in line with the agreed timetable in conjunction with management Supporting analysis within set timescales to queries raised by the sales meeting on a weekly basis Aid the pre, in flight and post promotional forecasting Supporting Retail target setting Retail and understanding the Branch level store P&L's Assist Business Partners and the Head of FP&A with problems of outstanding areas and carrying out projects Support, Management Accountants in maintaining and monitoring the financial control framework, ensuring compliance with all appropriate controls Requirements include: Part qualified CIMA or ACCA Ability to work in a high pressured ever evolving environment Experience of reporting financial information Good understanding of financial modelling Good understanding of planning, forecasting and budgeting Good working knowledge of transaction and close process management Experience of using SAP Ability to present and communicate information in a clear, confident and professional manner without error Contributing to performance excellence and innovation Great team working skills To express your interest in this position please apply direct or for any further questions please call Walters people on .
