Overview
2nd Line Support Norwich, Norfolk £22,000 to £26,000 As the IT Support Technician you will be a valued member of a small IT department for a well-known and respected company. This role does allow for career progression, a candidate willing to learn and take on further responsibilities will be welcomed. The IT estate has a mix of on-site physical infrastructure and cloud-based solutions. You will be responsible for all the existing infrastructure and software solutions including the maintenance and support of computers, telephones, printers and servers. If you have any experience with ERP/CRM implementation and maintenance this would be highly advantageous, but not essential, also you will liaise with our outsourced application consultants. Understanding of the following skills is essential: Windows Server Office 365 Helpdesk or ticketing system Active Directory services Hyper-V or VMware virtual environments Network routing, VLANs and firewall configuration Knowledge of the following skills is desirable: PowerShell scripting Azure/AWS cloud solutions Use of an ERP/CRM application iPhone and iCloud SQL databases Qualified with CompTIA, CCNA, ITIL or BSc
