2nd Line Support Technician

2nd Line Support - 3 Month Contract - Inside IR35 - Up to £180 Per Day - Norfolk Your new company A large Norfolk based organisation looking for multiple Technicians to join a large and vibrant team. Your new role We are looking to speak with multiple 2nd Line Technicians who can come into the team and help support remote workers across the wider organisation as well as team members still working on-site. Any prior experience in similar roles would be essential to succeed. What you'll need to succeed You will need to have excellent customer service skills and experience working within an IT support environment. You will be able to comfortably build and deploy a variety of hardware throughout the organisation. Be a team player who is able to work alongside the 1st and 3rd line teams right now to promptly provide assistance to other staff who are on-site or remotely working. Any exposure to Off365 and Win10 as a result of your prior experience would be essential.
