Overview

A fantastic opportunity for an experienced European Vendor Services Manager to drive and support our business expansion into other regions through effective management of our Globalwatch NSP Network from cradle to grave. If you have previous vendor and contract management involving call centre experience, speak an additional main European language and are able to travel outside of the UK on a regular basis, this opportunity is for you WHAT YOU WILL DO As a European Vendor Services Manager, you will bring your expertise in devising overseas NSP service provision strategy, overseeing the implementation and assessing the outcomes. This includes finding, appointing, training, managing performance to SLAs and (where necessary) replacing security call centre providers. Using your strong relationship skills with the NSP network, you will play a critical role in ensuring performance levels are at or above SLA and provide on time delivery and effective delivery of new markets. The ability to travel overseas and fluency in at least one additional European language (Spanish, French or German) is essential in this role. Reporting to the MD SVT & Traffic Services, the role would be based in Milton Keynes, and could be remote with the ability to be in the office weekly or as required. To break it down, your responsibilities will include : Identify potential new service providers and perform capability and accreditation assessment, managing contractual negotiations and agreements with new and existing suppliers Identify and assess training needs to draw a NSP training and development plan that addresses needs and expectations that enhances employee and NSP skills, performance, productivity and quality of work, and work with the operations team to deliver these Manage performance to SLAs and conduct regular reviews, managing the exit or change of suppliers where necessary Take responsibility for developing and maintaining strong relationships and communication across the NSP network and be their main point of operational contact Provide measures and metrics to track progress and report out to management team Assist with in region User Acceptance Testing and offer feedback and support prior to implementation Assist with re-seller opportunities and support NSP re-seller activity ABOUT YOU At Teletrac Navman, we believe in YOU. To be successful in this role, YOU will be equipped with: Proven overseas supplier management experience Experience of working with a security call centre environment Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Effective at communicating with internal and external stakeholders and at senior level Multi-lingual in English and at least 1 main European language The ability to work independently and make decisions The ability to develop strong working relationships with co-workers and NSPs The ability to work to deadlines and know when to escalate issues Can-do attitude with the ability to think outside of the box and get things done A strong desire to learn and develop Education to degree standard The ability and willingness to travel overseas A full UK driving license Desirable: Knowledge of working with Automotive OEMs an advantage Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods SOUNDS GOOD?
