Senior Manager Business Intelligence £95,000 London Do you want to lead one of the highest functioning BI platforms in the industry? Do you have experience leading people and projects with data strategy? If so, this could be the role for you. THE COMPANY: This online luxury retail company are operating industry leading data and technology processes to improve the quality of decision making, product and overall output of the business. They are building a centralised BI Hub where they can operate best practice methods for analysts and business users. THE ROLE: This Senior Manager BI role will have you leading two teams of up to 8 people, supporting the teams, thinking about BI strategically and working with stakeholders to assess business needs and platform issues. Your role will require you to: Own the reporting solutions including: All reporting tools (Looker, Tableau, etc), Enterprise reporting Analytical ETLs (dbt, Python) Lead and grow a high performing BI team Develop a dynamic and high functioning reporting strategy and migration Create and evolve best practice and work with other business areas to adopt and implement YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: To qualify for this Senior Manager BI role, you will require: Strong BI Developer Skills Advanced SQL Experience leading a Business Intelligence or Software Engineering team Be a highly commercial leader, translating business needs into data actions Experience in manipulating large data sets in a professional environment THE BENEFITS: A successful applicant will receive: A salary of up to £95,000 The opportunity to work with in a career defining role at the forefront of data and analytics HOW TO APPLY: Please register your interest to this Senior Manager Business Intelligence role by applying via this website.
