Application Support Analyst, Accounting, Support, North London to £40,000 An established financial software outfit in North London are requiring an Application Support Consultant to join their Client Support Team. Due to growth they need an Application Support Consultant with good knowledge in Finance, Accounting/Accounts, and good customer support skills. The role is to provide day to day client software support and to help grow and develop the product. Experience of accounts essential and full software training given. You will be reporting to the Client Support Services Manager. A thorough understanding of double-entry book-keeping and general accounting principles is essential. Budgeting, inter-company trading, VAT and multi-currency experience would be of benefit. Duties & Responsibilities ? Customer Service o Answering telephone queries o Responding to email queries o Providing general accounting process advice o Offering book-keeping guidance o Helping other members of the team ? Software Enhancement & Testing o Specifying system changes or requirements o Testing Defects & Enhancements o Testing New Releases and products ? Documentation o Assisting in documenting all aspects of the system o Keeping documentation up-to-date ?
