Recruitment Consultant £30-35k basic North West London Our client is a boutique Executive Search Agency based in North West London who are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to join them on a permanent or contract basis at an exciting time of growth. The successful candidate will be joining an established team and will be offered training, an excellent commission structure and career prospects. Duties will include: • Recruiting for a portfolio of high-end clients • Developing successful candidate relationships • Sourcing and managing candidate applications using various job boards, via networking, social media and other methods • An ability to match candidate and client requirements • Advertising of vacancies across social media platforms and assisting with marketing projects • Updating information on a cutting edge in-house recruitment database • Working to targets and deadlines Candidates applying should have 2-3 years experience as a Recruitment Consultant and have the ability to work as part of a fast paced team. Candidates should have a proven track record of successfully achieving targets and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Off street parking is available and the offices are easily accessed by public transport.
