Overview
Role: Product Manager (Technical) Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 Location: Worsley Tailor Made Sourcing ltd are delighted to be exclusively recruiting on behalf of a well-established Manufacturing and Distribution company based in Worsley. Our industry leading client predominantly sell into the European market and manufacture millions of products annually. We are recruiting for a technically and commercially astute Product Manager to own, develop and execute product vision to ensure products remain competitive and customer needs are met. The successful candidate will have product vision at the centre of their focus. They will be highly motivated with the ability to bring products to life through excellent communication skills. Roles and responsibilities; ? Identify new products to launch to market through market research, delivering the solution plan to achieve growth targets ? Propose, develop and deliver new product development plan and budget, managing product introduction process from concept to completion ? Participate in cross functional project meetings, discussing product ideas and managing launches ? Report on post launch sales and performance against targets ? Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers ? Enhance the supply chain, strengthening and focusing relationships with key suppliers The ideal candidate will; ? Detail-oriented with an eye for design and a willingness to get stuck-in ? Client focused solutions expertise ? Strong Commercial awareness ?
