Overview

Badenoch & Clark are working with a growing company based in Horsham. We are looking for an Accounts Assistant on a permanent basis who will support the finance team and report directly to the finance manager. Key responsibilities: Daily maintenance of the Sales Ledger, including accurate allocation of cash, and focus on older balances. Reconciliation of supplier statements Preparation of daily and weekly direct debit collections Payment Runs Chasing aged debt with customers/ clients Ad-Hoc duties. Skills and experience: AAT qualified is an advantage but not necessary 2 years experience of working in a high transaction purchase ledger environment. Experience of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook. Ability to manage and prioritise workload. If this sounds like you please apply today.
