Overview
Ignata Finance are recruiting for an enthusiastic, hard-working accounts payable clerk to join our clients team. They are looking for someone to work on a 3/4 month fixed term contract available immediately or within 1 week. This role has the potential to go permanent afterwards. Key responsibilities Assisting with weekly payment runs Processing employee expenses and supplier invoices Dealing with supplier queries Reconciling supplier statements Ad Hoc requests from the Finance Manager Desired characteristics Experience in an Accounts Payable role Attention to detail Adaptable to an ever-changing team and business Strong work ethic Good communication and organisation skills
