Job Title: L5 Health and Social Care Assessor/Trainer Location : South Yorkshire area Salary: £24,500 - £26,000 per annum Car/ Car Allowance (£375 per month) mileage Hours: Full Time- Monday to Friday (manage own diary) Type: Permanent Imperial Professionals are delighted to announce we are working with in partnership DH Associates, an Ofsted Grade 1 Training Provider and part of the CareTech Group Due to their continued growth they are looking to appoint another Adult Care Trainer covering the South Yorkshire area Role and Responsibilities: Set and monitor training targets that link on and off the job training Act as a client liaison to support client programme development Adhere to OFSTED requirements Manage your diary effectively to ensure all apprentices are seen on a 4-week basis Organise and maintain documentation to demonstrate the progress apprentices are making Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs Advise and guide learners to make informed choices in relation to their future development, including further qualifications and career progression To attend standardisation & team meetings Requirements: Qualified A1 Assessors Award or equivalent Delivering / Training up to level 5 Hold a relevant qualification within the Health and Social Care sector Clean driving licence You will undertake an Enhanced DBS Check For more information on this role please contact Dan Pilkington at Imperial Professionals.
