Production Engineer (Design/ CAD) Birmingham (Commutable form: Kings Norton, Wythall, Redditch, Rednal, Bromsgrove, Halesowen) £30,000 - £40,000 Company benefits Are you a Production Engineer from a mechanical design/ CAD background and experience with aluminium extrusion or plastic moulded products looking to shape and influence designs and production processes for a £5 million turnover company? This is the opportunity to progress within a varied and challenging role where you will implement new manufacturing and assembly processes and directly influence new product design. You will be responsible for the entire product from concept through to production, testing and prototyping. The company have been established for over 45 years and have clear plans to continue to explore new technologies, materials and ideas. You will play a direct role in designing the next generation of products where you can be creative and technical where you can identify engineering solutions and take a proactive approach to your own self development. This is the opportunity to patient new products where you will directly influence the entire production and assembly process from what it looks like, to how it is made.
