Pension Support Assistant £16,380 - £20,000 Full time (35 hours) Leeds City Centre My client a leading workplace pension company in Leeds City Centre are seeking an enthusiastic, confident and professional candidate to work in the employer pension support team. As a Pension Support Assistant you will be expected to follow specified manual and computer based procedures and tasks, including data input as required; you will liaise with customers on a regular basis so good communication and customer service skills are a must. You will also need to have a high level of accuracy and a good working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel as well as an ability to work on your own initiative. Pension Support Assistant duties: To provide customer delight at all times, to colleagues, employers and members. To liaise with employers, advising on all routine matters pertaining to auto-enrolment including customer service enquiries. To monitor and record employer decisions and staging dates. To follow specified manual and computer based procedures and tasks, including data input, as required within the BenPal Member Access. To answer employer queries via telephone and email and to liaise with employers to ensure all queries are promptly followed up and resolved. To take responsibility for the accuracy of data at all times. To develop knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements for the provision of accurate data in line with the company's customer service commitments. To take responsibility for the quality and quantity of your own work as well as that of the team. To perform all duties in line with Information Security policy. To be considered for this role you must have a consistent administration/customer service work history within the professional office services industry
