Overview
The One Group has an exciting new role within a brilliant, ambitious and growing business based close to kettering, the role has the scope for anyone that wants to make an impression and develop customer relationships. This role will include but not be limited to; assisting the administration team, managing the incoming emails on the support email account, inputting data on the companies invoicing system whilst dealing with queries, inputting data onto various spreadsheets which are associated with repair and maintenance contracts, developing contract proposals, sign off of Engineer timesheets, assistance of warranty queries working through the claims process, spare part allocation and assisting with the order process. The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, enjoy process streamlining, developing customer relationships plus have brilliant people management skills.
