Overview
Commercial Insurance Solicitor - Manchester A Top 50 law firm is currently seeking a Commercial Insurance Solicitor/FCILEx to join their team in Manchester. The role will involve running a case-load of Multi Track property damage claims, including fire damage claims, escape of water/flood damage claims and impact damage claims. The role may also involve exposure to construction and engineering disputes, product liability claims, first party fraud cases and coverage advice. The successful candidate may be required to assist the firm's commercial insurance Partners with high value and complex claims. The ability to work within a team is essential. Previous commercial insurance experience is preferred but by no means essential. Candidates with other kinds of dispute resolution and/or insurance backgrounds will be considered. Applications are invited from NQ solicitors/NQ Fellows of CILEx and more experienced lawyers. You must have the ability to deal with major and expensive litigation.
