Interim HR Advisor 3 month contact - Immediate Start Milton Keynes commutable from Luton, Dunstable, Aylesbury, Northampton & Bedford Working for a leading commercial company focussed on its people, you will need to deliver a first-class HR service and provide support and cover to the HR Director/Managers and assist with the recruitment process. You will need to have a strong generalist and ER background with a people approach. Skills required: Proven ability to develop employee relations solutions and manage the end to end recruitment process. Able to demonstrate excellent communication & presentation skills Demonstrate a high level of administration, organisational and planning skills Self-motivated with ability to work to tight deadlines Ability to demonstrate confidentiality in dealing with issues and challenges. Required to work autonomously with accountability for the decisions made and the ability to act on own initiative.
