Are you data driven , Have a keen eye for detail, want to start out on that data analyst journey Want to do all this whilst working for a well established yet expanding print company and with a 4 day office week Then stop what your doing and apply Immediate Interviews available PURPOSE OF ROLE: Working as part of a team, the main duties of the role will be to process data on a daily basis using industry standard tools whilst maintaining a high level of process control for the production of output files to feed the businesses production area demands. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: As a data analyst your role will include processing, organising and cataloguing data. The job requires a very detail-oriented approach to maintain focus while performing duties. Create complex document composition solutions for mono and full colour direct mail documents to satisfy business and customer requirements. To meet customer requirements liaising with Account Management and Production staff as necessary Client guided design or format changes to fit with the client's needs, prior to going to print Ensure all activities of jobs processes are recorded on internal software programmes Provide support to production and client facing teams where needed Ensure ISO 9001, 14001 and 27001 procedures are followed and reviewed as necessary TRAINING : 6-12 Month ongoing training on Industry standards. PERSON SPECIFICATION: Educated to The Graduate standard Microsoft office skilled Microsoft Access Knowledge of the Direct Mail/print industry would be beneficial but not essential Knowledge of Mail sortation would be beneficial but not essential Able to work to tight deadlines, client SLA’s and work well under pressure Work as part of a team and individually when required. Must be flexible Full driving licence and own transport Good communication skills HOURS OF WORK : 37.5 hours per week (Working from home 1 day a week) SALARY: £20,000 - £23,000 HOLIDAY: 25 days BENEFITS : Working from home 1 day a week.
