Here at BGL IDO, the CX and Optimisation Team welcome candidates from all departments with a passion for coding to provide Front-end web development of optimisation tests, and make changes to IDO websites based on a test plan or hypothesis. This niche role will be a unique exciting opportunity for someone willing and motivated to pursue their coding interest into a career. As a key member of this high-profile team, you'll be regarded as the authority in test development and execution. You'll be responsible for implementing code changes into an Optimisation platform or content management system, and testing those code changes across browsers and devices. Collaboration is imperative to this role as you'll be working with the wider digital team to ensure tests are built in a timely and accurate manner. You'll create reports on tests that identify the optimal drive of the IDO Digital CX and Optimisation Strategy, and validate and refine test solutions by applying CRO research and commercial analysis. A commercial mind will be an added advantage for your success. If you're passionate about coding, have strong engagement skills and the ability to work autonomously, this role may suit you. You'll join a social team with a great atmosphere in a 'not your typical' Tech space. You'll gain exposure with suppliers, corporate partnerships and internal stakeholders, and be challenged often with changes and projects. Full training will be provided. What will it take?
