Overview

An exciting and challenging role with a well established global company in Croydon. This role is part of a small team, offering the opportunity to work shifts between 06.30 - 22:00 hrs - Monday - Sunday. To monitor the allocation of technicians and agents in order to maximise resource utilisation and therefore minimise external costs. To handle all resource management related calls in a prompt and professional manner. To ensure workloads are monitored in real-time and service standards are maintained. The ability to recognise and deliver excellent customer service, possess experience of working with APs systems to an advanced level, with excellent geographical knowledge of the UK.
