Juice Cheltenham is delighted to be supporting a leading employer in Stroud, in their search for an Employee Relations Specialist to join their HR team on a 9 month fixed-term contract. We are seeking an experienced individual who has a passion for Employee Relations, and looking to make a real difference to a thriving organisation, during an exciting period of growth. Main Duties include: Delivery of Employee Relations case management and advisory services for leaders and manager across the business Deliver a balanced case management advisory service that reflects the need to manage risk, whilst maintaining a commercial perspective and championing business values To be a lead expert in all areas of employee relations case management Taking the lead on employment/team advice issues focusing on upskilling and empowering line managers Evolving ER toolkits to ensure they are compliant, reflective best practice and in-keeping with company culture and values Working with the L&D team, to help create training workshops and improve knowledge for leaders Skills and Attributes required: Proven track record in Employee Relations taking a pragmatic and unbiased approach Case management experience across a broad spectrum of ER issues Excellent up to date knowledge of employee relations and employment law Proven stakeholder management skills with the ability to quickly build effective relationships based on trust and integrity Demonstrable experience in policy writing Experience of leading a small team Strong influencing skills across all levels of an organization with a customer centric style Demonstrable experience in early conflict resolution and mediation If the above the role sounds of interest to you, and you would like more information about this exciting opportunity please contact the Cheltenham office today
