My Victoria based global management consultancy client are recruiting a Part Time Talent Acquisition Specialist to join them on a permanent basis, with a salary of up to £45,000 per annum Pro Rata for 22.5 hours, equating to about £27,500 per annum, with lots of perks and benefits too. The 22.5 hours per week can be worked over three, four or five days per week depending on what the successful candidate prefers. What does the role entail? Your role as a part time Talent Acquisition Specialist will be to look after the full 360 recruitment process in terms of both strategy and delivery, recruiting specialist consultants of all levels, within the People and Talent consultancy division. Your focus will be attracting and sourcing the right candidate pool, as well as the assessment and recruitment of these successful candidates, influencing the recruitment process with hiring managers and being fully accountable for the recruitment and resourcing strategy and delivery. You will have regular meetings and interactions with senior stakeholders across the business, and must be an excellent communicator, with exceptional stakeholder management skills. What skills will make you a success in this role? To be considered for this part time Talent Acquisition Specialist position you will have carried out a position similar to that listed above working as an agency or Internal recruiter. You will have a great eye for detail, possess great stakeholder management skills, be creative to help attract the best talent and be an excellent communicator at all levels to ensure both managers and candidates have a great experience setting clear, realistic and timely deadlines and expectations. On top of this you will be persuasive, approachable, tenacious, resourceful, persistent whilst also accommodating. What is on offer?
