Office 365 Collaboration Architect - Immediate Start: Our purpose at Agilisys is to deliver success through innovation, working with our customers to transform services that make a difference to millions of people across the UK. We started life as a SharePoint team but now deliver across SharePoint / Teams / OneDrive, Azure and the Power Platform. We are seeking an Office 365 (SharePoint) Solutions Architect to drive and lead the development of our SharePoint and associated Office 365 offers to clients. This role will be responsible for understanding the future vision of our clients, interpreting their business needs to provide repeatable solutions that deliver business outcomes. How will you spend your days? The successful candidate will be expected to be able to bring technology insights and industry best practice to shape and deliver solutions for clients, bringing with them a creative vision for improvement. Working in partnership with the Head of Office 365 Collaboration and Content, the role will manage the client relationship and technology delivery of medium to large-scale upgrades, migrations and business solutions. The specific remit of this role is to: Play a pivotal role in the Microsoft Practice, ensuring the successful design and delivery of assigned projects and programmes for our clients and contributing to the growth targets for the Agilisys. Develop consistent, reusable solutions using native SharePoint Online and other Office 365 capabilities and avoiding customisation unless mandatory to achieve goals. Ensure that the solutions designed meet the needs of the client Evaluate new capabilities against business need, suggesting opportunities for new solutions or improving client business outcomes. The practice is currently undergoing rapid growth, so we are looking for architects who are willing to take ownership of end to end delivery, and get stuck in too solve problems and make things happen. How to stand out? Knowledge of the Microsoft 365 platform and services Deep understanding of SharePoint technologies including Office 365 SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server 2007/10/13/16/19 Experience of SharePoint Online migration, administration and support Strong understanding of the OOB features in SharePoint Experience of delivering modern intranets using SharePoint Online Ability to lead on the design of information architecture (taxonomy and managed metadata) Advanced UX and SharePoint designer workflow skills. Ability to resolve complex SharePoint related issues in a timely manner Strong knowledge of SharePoint development and delivery Expert knowledge of SharePoint permissions management PowerShell / PnP experience Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SPFx Strong communication, presentation and analytical skills. Experience in working with customers to gather and document both functional and technical requirements Ability to communicate at all levels and provide information to a diverse stakeholder group. Understanding of existing and emerging cloud-based Microsoft technologies. Proficient in other collaboration and productivity tools such as Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, PowerApps, Power BI, Flow, Sway and Stream Preference will be given to candidates with MCSE productivity (SharePoint) or other current Microsoft certifications; candidates without these certifications must be willing to achieve them within the first year of employment. The individual must also be able to pass Government Security Check (SC) clearance which includes demonstrating residency in the UK for 5 years or more.
