DevSecOps / Python / App Security- 6 Month Contract - £600-650 per day Overview: An excellent opportunity to work for a market leading energy company on an exciting Greenfield system on a 6 month contract basis. Role & Responsibilities: You will be building tools and fostering the security culture to help assist product teams rapidly deliver secure systems whilst also providing those teams with clear actionable advice on what risks and threats they have to their systems. Candidates must also have software engineering skills with python. Essential Skills & Experience: ·Knowledge and experience in secure software practices · Scripting and software engineering skills in python ·Awareness of common software security flaws and web application security best practices (OWASP top 10, CWE/SANS Top 25) ·Code static analysis ·AWS/GCP security best practices ·Container vulnerability scanning ·Open Source dependency scanning ·Web application firewalls ·Logging, monitoring and alerting on security incidents ·Thorough knowledge of CI/CD and DevOps principles Details: •£600 -650 per day • 6 month contract DevSecOps / Python / App Security - 6 Month Contract - £600-650 per day This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89636009
