The Birmingham team has consultants from 6 months' experience to 15 years but currently they all focus on contractors to the projects. Clients are now asking for perm placements too so they are looking to hire a perms recruiter. You could be a consultant with 12 month recruitment experience or 12 years, they're open to that. What's important is the ability to share - it's very much a team environment, good relationship building and networking skills and the right attitude - the jobs are there to be worked.
