The successful candidate will also develop new business opportunities. You will recruit professionals ranging from Social Worker to Senior Manager for your local authority and private clients. You will have at least 2 years’ experience as a Social Work Recruitment Consultant. You will have experience working in a High Compliance division of recruitment and be able to manage a large and varied workload. You will have strong business development experience and a willingness to take on a brand new area. You will be able to work autonomously and grow your client base. You will be ambitious.
