Overview
Connaught Resourcing is looking for experienced Care Support Workers to assist adults with learning disabilities in a semi-supported living environment. The site is based in Solihull. Both part-time and full-time hours are available. The work will primarily take place Monday to Friday, with the possibility of occasional weekend work. The trust has been in service for over 25 years. Throughout this time, they have provided professional care and support services throughout Solihull and the West Midlands - such as supporting people with mental health conditions, learning disabilities and physical disabilities to live their lives with dignity, choice and independence. We are currently seeking candidates who can demonstrate empathy, positivity and an excellent ability to within a supportive team.
