Overview
Connaught Resourcing Ltd is urgently seeking experienced Care Assistants for a high end luxury residential home based in Solihull The sites are high-quality residential and dementia care homes, who encourage service users to live happy and semi-independent lives. We are looking for care assistants with a flexible attitude, empathy, and a willing to help service users live a productive life. The Residential homes offer a top end service to all service users and have staff to reflect that service, so welcome any pro-active and experienced workers. We can offer flexible hours, temp to perm roles and ad-hoc work. Due to the need for the right candidate, workers will need to have a DBS on the update service and be able to provide 2 references.
