As a Purchase Ledge Clerk you will have responsibility in receiving and processing invoices for goods/services supplied to the organisation. Client Details A local Telecommunications business that has seen fantastic growth this year, hence the need of a Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk to come in and assist with the growth. With their offices being located in Cambridge, you will have the opportunity to work closely with an experienced team. Description The key responsibilities for the Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk: Helping and managing invoices on Purchase Order Systems (Excel proficiency required) Maintain and update central journal Maintaining supplier statement reconciliations on a timely basis Processing Petty Cash for site Scanning & emailing PO invoices to relevant site Process credit notes within the system Profile The successful candidate for the Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk: Will be immediately available or have a similarly short notice period Experience of coding invoices Experience of Excel - Pivot Tables, Vlookups, Sumifs Good interpersonal and communication skills as part of a tight knit team A positive and driven personality Excellent attention to detail Job Offer The successful candidate for the Temporary Purchase Ledger Clerk vacancy will get the opportunity to join this fantastic Telecommunications business based in Cambridge, whilst receiving a competitive salary.
