Overview
Barclay Meade Finance and Accountancy require an experienced and fully qualified Finance Business Partner for role based in Southampton. Barclay Meade Finance and Accountancy are working in partnership with this market leading, Southmapton based business on an exclusive basis. Due to business growth our client requires a Finance Business Partner to work as part of a successful FP&A team. As the newly appointed Finance Business Partner you will be responsible for providing analysis of business performance, forecasting, budgeting and reporting. This is an all encompassing, business facing role that requires key stakeholder relationship management across the following key tasks: Providing insight and challenging financial results Understand and identify revenue challenges and risks Leading the forecasting & budgeting process Identify key business drivers Support bids and tenders Effectively analyse costs, sales and margins across division and location The successful applicants for this position will hold a full accounting qualification and have the desire to work in a fast paced FP&A team. Advanced excel skills are essential and the ability to translate figures into meaningful and presentable information to drive business performance.
