Senior HR Business Partner - 6 Month Fixed term Contract Edge Careers are recruiting for a Senior HR Business Partner to work with our client a well established family owned business on a 6 Month Fixed Term Contract. Our client is looking for a HR professional with both strategic and operational experience. Person Specification Knowledge of up to date HR best practice including ER/Employment Law, Recruitment and Selection, Reward Management, Learning & Development An understanding of the added value HR makes to the business partnership, vision, strategy and policies HR Generalist, ideally degree level or equivalent and CIPD (level 5) You will have experience of successfully managing HR change programmes.
