Then Claire at Amber Mace has the ideal role for you We are recruiting for a nurse-qualified candidate to manage an elderly care home, paying a salary of up to £50K. This is a privately-owned specialist nursing home located in Droitwich. You will be caring for the elderly. The home has an excellent team who are passionate about providing quality care to those who are no longer able to manage at home. The Role of Nurse Manager As Nurse Manager, your key responsibilities will centre the day-today running of the home, management/induction/training of staff, clinical supervision, care delivery to residents, ensuring that the home is run in accordance with company and CQC policies and procedures. Duties include: • To manage the day to day running of the home, ensuring the highest level of care standards are upheld • To maintain occupancy levels within the service • To assist with the recruitment for the home • To support service users to ensure that their physical, social and emotional needs are met • Adhere to CQC standards across the board • Take an active role in selling the home What you will need for this role: • Proven home management experience (5 years) • Knowledge of CQC standards • Experience/Knowledge of working with the elderly What’s in it for you? • Continual professional development • Excellent benefits scheme • Annual salary of up to £50k
