Smart Buildings Engineer / BMS Engineer Manchester £30,000-35,000 per annum (dep on exp) Full-time, Permanent Job Description: We are currently recruiting for a Smart Building Engineer (Building Management Systems Engineer) for an energy technology client located in Greater Manchester. You will be an accomplished BMS professional who is eager for a change direction to deliver more of a data driven software solution. You will have sound knowledge of industrial/commercial buildings and their control systems including HVAC and lighting controls. Working across the North West, you will deliver new technology energy solutions to clients across all sectors. You will work closely with clients to deploy IoT Smart Gateways, connecting building management systems and other central controllers to join energy consuming assets and collect data via a new energy management solution. You will be a car driver and you’ll have knowledge of BS EN 16247, be able to evaluate BMS systems, have experience project managing the delivery of works and have the drive to impress new and existing customers, before, during and after installation.
