Youth Mentor - Grays - Immediate Start - £80 - £90 per day (depending on experience) Youth Mentor Required to work in a School based in Grays Youth Mentor required in to work 1:1 and in group Youth Mentor required with at least 1 years' experience within the youth worker background Youth Mentor must have strong behaviour management skills Physical Intervention Training or Team Teach desirable Are you a Youth Mentor who has extensive experience working with challenging behaviour? If you have answered YES to the above, then this Youth Mentor role is for you The Role - Youth Mentor - Grays We are looking for an inspirational Youth Mentor to join a School based in Grays starting ASAP until the end of the academic year. For this Youth Mentor role, you should ideally have at least 1 year's experience working with challenging behaviour, this does not necessarily have to be within the classroom setting. To be a successful Youth Mentor you must be able to think on the spot and act quickly should a challenging situation arise and must be able to build positive rapport with students to ensure successful outcomes. Due to the nature of the role, Physical Intervention Training is highly desired. The School - Youth Mentor - Grays This is School is based in Grays, catering to students from the age of 11- 17 years.
