Overview
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a stand-alone HR Manager to join a successful business based in Horwich. This is a full generalist role where you will take responsibility for the following: Implementing and delivering the HR strategy across the business Talent and succession planning Employee engagement Updating HR policies and processes HR reporting with detailed analysis for Management The ideal candidate for this role will bring with them ideas and initiatives that will further drive the HR function within the business. Previous experience at a similar level within an SME organisation is essential for this role. This role can either be considered on a full or part time basis.
