Overview
Fawkes and Reece are currently working on behalf of a large Developer with high-end and prestigious projects in the Sussex area. We have been approached by this unique Developer to help recruit for a Quantity Surveyor on a long-term freelance basis. Our client is a well-known for its New Build Developments with a high specification finish to their projects, with new projects and a fast growing company this fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join the team. The successful Quantity Surveyor will be posted to a customer care / after sales team where they will have commercial responsibility for analysing all customer care spends, control charging, payments to sub contractors as well as managing payments / orders for a new maintenance company recently brought in to deal with defects. The ideal candidate would have previous experience working on new build residential developments and ideally have experience working with an after sales / customer care team.
