Overview
Counted Recruitment are currently recruiting a new Financial Controller to join a dynamic service based SME in Erdington.This role will see you report directly into the owner of the business and manage your own finance team. As the Financial Controller your role will include: Production of monthly management accounts Ownership of the Cashflow forecasts Production of year end accounting / statutory accounts Management of a small team Regular Budgeting and forecasting Management of the company pension schemes Payroll Managing the banking relationship Ensure balance sheet integrity Variance analysis VAT & Intrastat returns Be a main point of contact for the auditors This Financial Controller role will see you report directly into the owner of the business and truly give you an opportunity to develop your own style and contribute to the successful running of a business. The business itself has an international footprint and a supportive management team. This role would suit an ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified candidate but those qualified by experienced candidates with strong backgrounds will equally be considered.
