Overview

Are you looking for a new exciting opportunity working as a 2nd Line Support Engineer for a Managed Service Provider to be based near Maidenhead? You will be supporting a number of clients whilst working with a variety of technologies. Main Duties of the Role Providing 2nd line support to a range of customers Providing onsite support when required Administration of Windows Server 2012 and above. Networking administration and configuration Configuration and maintenance of Remote Desktop environments. Providing technical guidance to clients Your Skills and Experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server, Exchange, and Active Directory. Knowledge of networking (DHCP, DNS, VPN, TCP/IP) Knowledge of firewalls, switches, routers. The ability to manage project work as required 4 years’ experience in an IT Support role Driving License & car MCSE Certification or equivalent Salary £25,000-£30,000 per annum Onsite parking
