As Expenses Clerk, you will be responsible for a range of duties such as analysing cash claims in line with HMRC legislation and company policy, ensuring relevant workers are identified and treated appropriately for tax reasons, as well as ensuring records are accurately maintained for credit cards, fuel cards, mobiles and other appropriate expenses. Other ad-hoc duties would be required. To be successful in this role, you will have an understanding and the ability to apply relevant tax and mobile working legislation, you'll be fluent in applying company car, travel and expense and mobile policies, operate with strong IT skills, and ideally have exposure with SAP.
