A Richmond Based award-winning start up specialising in Bespoke state of the art AI Robotics and UAV Systems are looking to expand their team with a Senior Electronics Engineer with a successful history of prototyping, designing, building, testing and modifying Printed Circuit boards to join them. The Role The client are looking for a Senior Electrical & Electronic Engineer to join the Advanced System Team. As such, you will be involved in developing the various modules envisioned for the robotics and drone developments. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where quick prototyping and experimenting is highly encouraged. For the first 6 months, the goal will be to design a modular system and you will be responsible for its electrical integration. Depending on the modules the team is tasked to develop, you will be in charge of integrating various pieces of hardware and to create lightweight, efficient PCBs for the modules. Electronics Engineer You will be Completing Life Cycle PCB development using Altium (SolidWorks PCB is also accepted) and Schematic Capture. The position will include working on and integrating various pieces of hardware (sensors, cameras, servos). MATLAB and C/Python/C++ are useful skills and ideally a familiarity with drones/ Semi Conductors/ Embedded Systems or mechatronics is useful.
