Overview
Senior Frontend Engineer My client are a start-up financial services company with a huge focus on technical innovation and digital transformation. Already making waves in the tech scene they continue to focus their attention on building out the tech time and are currently making a number of hires. They are looking for a number of Frontend Specialists who have a solid understanding of Javascript technologies and working in cloud environments. They are looking for both mid-weight and senior specialists in this area to join their team. Do you have the following attributes? · Highly skilled at client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks (preferably AngularJS, Bootstrap or similar) including jQuery · Strong expertise writing semantic, modular front end code using HTML5, CSS3, and W3C coding practices · UX design skills and working experience with appriopriate toolsets · Experience developing digital applications in a cloud environment (preferable Azure) · Strong experience with test driven development, version controlled environments (ideally BitBucket, Git) and continuous integration methodology and tools · Good understanding of web security and application security · Good understanding of design and architecture patterns and development principles · Experience working in an agile environment · Good analytical and problem-solving skills · Ability to present technical ideas in non-technical language · Ability to work in a collaborative development team · Contribution to technical discussions and maintenance of standards in line with technology trends and market developments · Mentoring of junior developers If you think this matches your skillset then I would love to hear from you Please reach out to me with a copy of your latest CV This job was originally posted as www.cwjobs.co.uk/job/89741750
