3rd Line Support & Cloud Infrastructure Engineer - Up to £42,000 Opportunity: 3rd Line Support & Cloud Engineer Location: Stockport Job Details A Microsoft Silver Partner, our client is looking for a skilled 3rd line support & cloud infrastructure professional. The role will be providing assistant to the 1st and 2nd line support while being responsible for priority tickets that come through whether that be on site or off. Project work will be integral to the role with both planning and implementation of customer and internal projects. Main Responsibilities Assisting 1st & 2nd line Internal and Customer project planning and implementation Priority 1 tickets Technical support to end users via face to face, telephone and remote.
